The Free Discovery Call is a 20-minute online conversation designed for individuals or couples who are preparing for IVF or other fertility treatments and are considering working with me using The IVF Preparation Method™ to support egg quality, sperm quality, and overall reproductive health.

During the call, we’ll explore your fertility journey and highlight the key areas that may be impacting egg quality, sperm quality, and your preparation for treatment, while also helping you decide if personalised support is the right next step for you.

If you are considering a couple’s programme, I would recommend that both partners attend the call so you can get the most out of the conversation and decide together on the best next steps.
