What Data is collected and why ?
Your personal data is collected and processed when you use the contact form on the website. Personal details that may be stored include name, email address and contact number. If you decide to avail of my services, all personal information gathered from you for an individual nutritional assessment will be stored on a secure GDPR patient management software called Practice Better.
Security
Nourish My Fertility is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected have been put in place. As all payments are made by bank transfer, Your bank details will not be requested for the purpose of payment.
Controlling your personal information
We will not distribute, sell or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your
explicit permission or are required by law to do so. You may request details of personal information, which we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you would like a copy of the information held on you please contact jemmahenry@nourishmyfertility.ie.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email or write to us as soon as possible at the above email address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
How you can withdraw and request to be deleted from our files
