This competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only.

Each applicant may only enter only once.

The competition will be open from 9am 01/03/2025 and close 9 pm on the 2nd of March 2025.

There is only 1 prize. The prize is a 4 x 60 minute consultations  with Jemma Henry at Nourish My Fertility. This consists of a dietetic fertility nutrition assessment, individualised diet and supplement plan and a recipe booklet. In between messaging support will also be included during the initial and review appointment. The messaging support will discontinue 1 month after the final appointment. 

The prize is for an individual only and is not transferable to a couple. No nutrition advice will be provided to the winner’s partner under any circumstances.

The first appointment must be used within 6 months of the date of entry and the second appointment must be used within 9 months of the date of entry.

You must be over 18 on the date of entry to enter this competition.

A cash prize or any other alternative will not be given instead of the prize.

Appointments can only be booked on Wednesday and Thursdays between the pf 10am- 5 pm. 

To be eligible to win the competition, the entrant must have completed the two following actions successfully.
(a) Subscribe to the Nourish My Fertility mailing list.
(b) Follow @nourishmyfertility on Instagram. If the entrant does not have an Instagram account, they can follow NMF on Facebook. If they do not have either, the mailing list subscription will suffice.

The winner's name will not be published. The winner will be notified via the email address used to subscribe to the mailing list and will be contacted within two weeks of their entry date.

The winner will have two weeks from receiving the congratulatory email to confirm their acceptance of the prize.

​It is the responsibility of the entrant to check both their inbox and junk/spam folder for the congratulatory email. If, within two weeks of the email being sent, no acceptance of the prize has been received, the prize will be re-drawn and the original entrant’s entry will be voided.

Each email address that was used to subscribe to the Nourish My Fertility Mailing list for this competition will be assigned a number. A number will be randomly assigned using https://www.random.org/

The decision of the winner is final.
